Six months ago, we put our Radha-kunda house on the market: 220 square yards of land and a small house amidst a peaceful Vaishnava-community in a prime location, with a five-minute walk to the sacred ponds at the center of the village.

After a lengthy delay, the current buyer has backed away from the deal owing to personal financial constraints. Therefore the property is available again, and at the same price (900,000 INR / 14,000€ / $17,500) despite increased (and increasing) land value.
